Terms of use

ESL Pathway is for teachers and tutors. You may use its lessons, worksheets, decks, songs, games and tools with your own classes and students: on the board, on paper or in online lessons. You may not resell, republish or share our material outside your teaching, for example by uploading worksheets to another website.

Keep your password to yourself; an account is for one teacher. Things you create, like worksheets and game word lists, stay yours. We may close accounts that break these terms.

• Some lessons, decks, songs and tools are free for everyone.
• New accounts get a free trial of everything, with no card needed. After the trial you can open a few Premium items each month for free.
• Premium opens everything while your subscription is active. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices can differ by country. See Refunds for refunds.

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record, who also handles invoices, taxes and refunds. Their buyer terms apply to the payment.

We work hard to keep ESL Pathway online and correct, but it is provided “as is”. We may add, change or retire content and features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell subscribers by email first.

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.
