Refunds and cancellation

Cancel from My desk, or from the link in your receipt email. You keep Premium until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If you're not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal. Write to info@eslpathway.com from your account's email address. Refunds are paid back by Lemon Squeezy to the card you used, usually within 5–10 days.

We email yearly subscribers a reminder before each renewal. Monthly renewals after the first month aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time so it won't renew again.
