Questions
How do we pay?
The coordinator pays by card on My school, once a year, through our secure checkout (Lemon Squeezy), which also sends the receipt. The licence runs for 12 months from the day you pay; nothing renews by itself.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
Nothing you need to do. If you don't go on, Premium simply closes; every teacher keeps their free account and everything they saved and made.
Can we change teachers during the year?
Yes. Remove a teacher on My school and the place is free for someone new. A teacher can also leave by themselves.
Who counts as a teacher?
Anyone who joins with your school's link, coordinators too. Students never need an account.
What do coordinators see about teachers?
Name, e-mail, when they joined and when they last used the site, plus the school's use in total (prints, games, class links). Never what each teacher opens, saves or makes.
One of our teachers already pays for Premium.
Joining the school doesn't cancel it: they can cancel their own subscription in My desk › Plan & billing, and keep Premium through the school.
Is it only for schools?
It's for anyone who teaches English as a team: schools, language courses, university prep programmes and tutoring centres.
