Privacy policy

• Your account: email address, and your name if you add one or sign in with Google.
• Your desk: favourites, worksheets you make and games you save.
• Your plan: trial dates, which items you opened with a free monthly open, and your subscription status.
• Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. We never see or store card details. We receive your subscription status, plan and country.

Class lists in Tools, recordings in Shadowing and anything you save before signing in stay in your browser. They are never sent to us. Recordings disappear when you close the page.

ESL Pathway is for teachers. Students don't need an account, and we don't collect information about them. Please don't type students' personal information into the site.

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in. Our visit statistics are anonymous and cookie-free. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

• Supabase: database and sign-in (servers in the EU, Frankfurt).
• Vercel: hosting.
• Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
• Lemon Squeezy: payments and invoices, as merchant of record.

You can see, correct, download or delete your data at any time. Write to info@eslpathway.com from your account's email address and we'll reply within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your desk and account data; payment records are kept only as long as the law requires.
